1 Definitions & Interpretation

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the vbd8 website, mobile version, and other digital channels.
• "Member" refers to any person who has registered on the Platform and holds a valid account.
• "Services" refers to all online gaming, sports betting, live casino, and related entertainment activities provided by vbd8.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount held in a Member's account, including both cash funds and any applicable bonuses.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional rewards or additional credits offered by vbd8, applicable subject to specific conditions.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account at vbd8 and use any service, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is open only to those aged 21 or above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 One Account Only

Each Member may operate only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, it will be treated as fraudulent activity and all associated accounts will be immediately suspended or closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All personal information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and truthful. You are required to notify vbd8 immediately of any changes. Providing false information may result in account closure as well as forfeiture of the balance.

2.4 Identity Verification

vbd8 may at any time request government-issued identification or other relevant documents from Members for identity verification purposes. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds into your vbd8 account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and this limit applies across all methods.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

It is the Member's own responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all deposit and withdrawal transactions. vbd8 will not be liable for any financial loss caused by incorrect information.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200; depositing ৳18,000 earns a bonus up to the maximum of ৳10,000, bringing the total balance to ৳28,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Policy

Any bonus may be claimed only once. If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, vbd8 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings. Bonus terms may change at any time.

5 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

5.1 Fair Play Commitment

vbd8 is committed to ensuring a fully fair gaming environment. Our games are independently tested and operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system fraudulently.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other Members' accounts.
• Exploiting any error or vulnerability in the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or unlawful financial activities.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited.

6 VIP Program

vbd8's VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback at each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Members may advance to higher tiers based on regular active participation. VIP benefits are subject to separate applicable terms and may change at any time.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

8 Account Security

8.1 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately.

8.2 Account Access Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you do not notify vbd8 in a timely manner of any unauthorised access, vbd8 will not be liable for any resulting loss.

11 Account Closure & Restrictions

In the event of a breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, or security concerns, vbd8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice.

12 Limitation of Liability

The vbd8 platform is operated for entertainment purposes. vbd8 is not liable for the following:

• Issues caused by internet connection disruption.
• Technical problems with third-party payment providers.
• Financial loss caused by a Member's own error.
• Unexpected server downtime or technical faults.

13 Dispute Resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached internally, a mutually agreed mediation process will be followed by both parties.

14 Changes to Terms
